If you are not entirely satisfied with your Palfurever experience, please reach out to us at info@palfurever.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to address any concerns or issues you may have.

However, due to the substantial time and care invested in each handmade item, we do not accept returns.

If you would like additional modifications, you are welcome to send the item back to us at your own expense, and we will gladly make the desired changes to ensure it meets your expectations.
