How does the customization process work?
It's simple! Once you place your order, we will reach out via email to confirm the details. Please send us multiple clear photos of your pet. Our artisans will then create a digital sketch for your approval before beginning the handmade production.
How long does it take to make a custom item?
Because every piece is made from scratch, our current production time is approximately 2-3 weeks. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location. We appreciate your patience as we pour love and care into creating your unique item!
